MyNOHrD Included with the purchase of all WaterRower and NOHrD items is complimentary access to the My-NOHrD virtual training platform. Designed to help users get the most out of their WaterRower and NOHrD fitness equipment, My-NOHrD is a digital library containing over 300 exercise videos. The platform has the option for users to take advantage of predesigned workouts or combine videos to create customised workouts that can be tailored to specific exercise goals. My-NOHrD also has a premium subscription option. For a monthly fee users gain access to their own virtual personal trainer. Following a live video fitness consultation, a bespoke training and nutrition plan is provided. For the duration of the program the My-NOHrD coach remains on hand to provide support and monitor progress.
